Make sense of your IT needs.

Answer the same ten questions as our Security Snapshot, with a clear self-reported summary.

A starting point, not an audit

Answer all ten questions based on what you know today. “Not sure” is a useful answer. Your summary identifies topics to discuss; it does not test systems, certify security or establish compliance.

1. Do all staff accounts use multi-factor authentication?

This is especially important for Microsoft 365, email and administrator accounts.

2. Are email accounts protected against phishing and impersonation?

Think filtering, safe-link protection, reporting and staff awareness.

3. Are laptops and workstations centrally patched and protected?

Security software is useful, but regular patching and visibility matter too.

4. Could you restore important files after ransomware or accidental deletion?

A backup is only useful if it is separate, monitored and recoverable.

5. Are administrator privileges limited to the people who need them?

Separate admin accounts and least-privilege access reduce blast radius.

6. Would your team know what to do if an account or device was compromised?

A short, practiced response plan can make a stressful incident manageable.

7. Are your Microsoft 365 security settings reviewed regularly?

Defaults change, licences evolve and stale settings can create quiet risk.

8. Do you know which systems and data are most critical to your business?

You can’t protect or prioritize what hasn’t been identified.

9. Do staff receive practical security guidance and phishing practice?

Good security makes the safe action obvious instead of relying on fear.

10. Is someone accountable for your security roadmap?

Security improves when ownership, priorities and follow-through are clear.
